My experience in psychology, rehabilitation, and executive leadership helps me help you in your healing journey and recovery process in what ever phase of life you are experiencing.

I completed my massage certification in 2005 and continue to advance my education in hands-on techniques and professional ethics. My career in mental health counseling is supported by my Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, my Master’s degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School, and professional certifications in Corporate Leadership and Professional Counseling. In July 2024 l,  I achieved licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I enjoy supporting individuals by linking them to resources that address their behavioral health needs.
